The announcement text: Job Title: Safety Intelligence Analyst
Role Type: Contract covering maternity leave

Rate: Ј12-13 per hour

Outline:
This role is a member of the Safety Intelligence Team, within the Risk and Safety Intelligence Department. There are five analysts and the manager who work closely with the other teams in the department, to analyse and validate safety data, write safety performance reports (SPR) and also inform the industry via meetings and presentations.

Specific tasks include:
• Production of the summary of safety performance report (monthly)
• Maintenance of a number of team databases including the Fatalities and enforcement notices databases
• Responding to one-off queries

This post will also help and lead with the production of the following reports:
• Quarterly and half yearly

The role requires:

• Good communication
• Team player
• Data analysis skills
• Writing skills
• Good understanding of excel and access
